Prepararem una cassola on hi posarem l’oli i un parell de cullerades de llard. La cabeça d’alls, la ceba i el tomàquet, tot això sencer, també les herbes i aleshores el pollastre trossejat i salpebrat.</span></div><div style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;"><br />
